Amsterdam, Holland (part 1)

One day in Amsterdam is not enough to see everything that the city has to offer, but you can relax wandering along the canals and narrow streets with beautiful architecture. If you visit Amsterdam for only one day I do not recommend running from museum to museum, because you completely lose the pleasure of discovering the atmosphere of this city, its best to just go ahead and get lost :) and around the corner for sure you will find something exciting! Even one day in this beautiful city can provide you with thousands of sensations :) When I first glanced at the map of Amsterdam everything seemed very long distances from each other, but nothing more misguided! The city center is relatively small and it`s ideal exploring on foot. Most of the tourist attractions are located in the city center and very close distances from each other, so you don`t need any transport. We went to Amsterdam without a plan of what we wanted to see so our whole tour was very spontaneous, maybe because we knew in advance that we will not see everything so rather we set out to relax. Our day began with a cruise through the canals. We chose one of the boats in front of the central station, there are plenty out there, also I advise you do not buy tickets in advance, because you definitely find a boat for yourself with an appropriate plan of journey and price (the price of the cruise are from approx. 9 to 16 Euro per person ). In each boat is a live guide or guide from a CD, which tells about the history of the city and interesting places you passed along the way.

After the cruise we wandered around and we found a great little café "Crepes Mondial" on Warmoesstraat 23HS. I recommend this place because everything looks very, very delicious and tastes delicious :)

Must eat in Amsterdam, crepes and waffles :)
